TSAOCAA — 朝茶 — joins 朝聖, pilgrimage, with 茶, tea: a search for the purest expression of the leaf.

TSAOCAA was founded in 2018 and has grown to more than 80 shops across the United States. Every one of them brews the same way: loose-leaf tea, brewed fresh for your cup rather than poured from a powder mix.
The default pour is organic A2 whole milk, with an organic lactose-free option, and almond milk, soy milk or coconut water if you’d rather; the matcha is organic too.
Not just boba.
This shop is run by Reserved Food LLC (Tsaocaa Niles) on Civic Center Drive in Niles. Alongside the tea wall there is a whole kitchen: Korean-style corn dogs rolled in ramen, potato or crispy flakes; Thai-spiced popcorn chicken; braised rice bowls; noodle soups; Hong Kong egg waffles; and milk bingsu big enough to share.

Where is TSAOCAA Niles?
We're at 812 Civic Center Dr, Niles, IL 60714, in the Civic Center Drive plaza just off Milwaukee Avenue.
What are your hours?
We're open seven days a week. Sunday to Thursday we’re open 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and Friday and Saturday until 11:00 PM.
Is your milk organic?
Yes — we pour organic A2 whole milk as standard, and there's an organic lactose-free option too. Almond milk, soy milk and coconut water are all available instead. Our matcha is organic as well.
Do you list allergens?
Yes — every item on our menu shows the allergens it contains, its calories and dietary tags, and the full table is on our Allergens page. That information is an estimate and hasn't been verified against our recipes, and our kitchen is shared, so if you have an allergy please tell our staff before ordering.
Do you have an app?

Can I choose my sugar and ice level?
Most drinks let you pick a sugar level from 0% to 100% and an ice level. Choose them when you order.
